JAZZ Ferté AUSSTELLUNG
I’ll have the pleasure to show my art at Samuel Becke’s library in La Ferté-sous-Jouarre (Frankreich) from May 14th to May 25th , 2013. This exhibitionwill take place in parallel with the second edition of the Jazz Festival of the city. “Le Ferte Jazz” . The library is next to the main stage of the festival: A good reason to come fill your eyes with some color before you go to feast your ears with the music of many great artists invited this year. I will be present during the day on May 18th and 19th to welcome you to the show

- Tuesday and Friday: 9-12 am / 1.30 – 6h pm
- Wednesday and Saturday: 10 am - 1 pm / 2 – 6 pm
- Thursday: reserved for school
Special opening Sunday, May 19th : 2-6 pm

This tribute to the great guitarist Jef Lee Johnson who passed away on January 28th 2013, was made by Reggie Washington (Bass), Jean-Paul Bourely (Gitarre) und Pat Dorcean (Schlagzeug) alle 3 great friends of Jef. Reggie & The Gator
This is the latest painting, depicting the bass player Reggie Washington, playing (dangerously) next to his favorite animal: the alligator.
It was fun to paint this canvas because I rarely paint animals. More,Reggie is a fantastic musician, close to its public and very friendly. His latest album “Freedom” is a pure delight groove and talent!
