Esta es una reelaboraciĂłn de un “Cuadro Trueno de Marcus Miller” creado originalmente en 2003 como parte de un trĂptico dedicado a la “SMV” trĂo de bajo (Stanley Clarke , Marcus Miller , Victor Wooten). El original fue ofrecido a Marcus Miller en 2009, y este completará el trĂptico en la pared del Centro de MĂşsica y Naturaleza de Victor Wooten en Tennessee..
Costa Oeste/Costa Este
Aquà hay un doble retrato de los dos famosos raperos Tupac Shakur. & notorio grande (amigos luego enemigos) quien llevó este género musical a un nivel sin precedentes en los años 90. Esta pintura fue creada para el Salon des Arts. 2023 en Longjumeau, cuyo tema era el hip hop.
B BOY Jr en Da Sky
AquĂ hay un retrato del bailarĂn de hip hop franco-congoleño Junior Bosila Banya., que ha tenido una carrera extraordinaria. Este retrato fue creado con otras dos pinturas para el Salon des Arts. 2023 en Longjumeau, cuyo tema era el hip hop.

AquĂ hay un doble retrato de Jean-Michel Basquiat, con su capa exterior a un lado y una pieza de una de sus obras, el rey”, por el otro, showing a figure with the face of an African mask, adorned with the famous crown symbolizing success. This portrait is one of three canvases created for the Salon des Arts 2023 en Longjumeau, cuyo tema era el hip hop.

Here’s my latest painting. A tribute to the great Roy Hargrove. His passing will leave a huge hole in the jazz world. He was my fav trumpet player since Miles Davis. I made that painting using pictures I took of him during his last gig at New Morning (Paris) in October 2018. He used to sit sometimetimes in a corner in the shadow looking to his partners playing their parts . He just adds some right notes when he felt the need during those moments… You’ll be missed Roy…I hope you’re enjoying heaven and having fun there 🙂 (Clic on the pic to enlarge it )
