Voici une photo souvenir d'une rencontre que j'ai eu récemment avec Philippe Petrucciani. Il est le frère de Michel Petrucciani et c'est un joueur de guitare Jazz étonnant. It was a great pleasure to meet him and listen to his music . I showed him the painting I did about Michel a year ago and he liked it 🙂

I recently had the pleasure to meet Mr Christian Scott: an amazing trumpet player . I love his work since I discovered him with Marcus Miller on the “Tutu Revisited Tour”. Reggie & l'Alligator
Voici ma dernière peinture, représentant le bassiste Reggie Washington,,en,C'était amusant de peindre cette toile parce que je peins rarement les animaux,,en,Son dernier album «Freedom» est un pur bonheur de groove et de talent,,en,Le Gator Pascal Martos,,en, jouant (dangerously) next to his favorite animal: the alligator.
It was fun to paint this canvas because I rarely paint animals. De plus,Reggie is a fantastic musician, close to its public and very friendly. His latest album “freedom” est un pur délice de groove et le talent!

MAKING OF D'UNE PHOTO POUR L'EXPOSITION “Des Américains à Paris” AVEC LE GROUPE TAKE 6
Nous avons récemment eu l'honneur de passer un moment avec le groupe vocal accapela américain TAKE6 pour réaliser une photo pour la prochaine exposition à Val de Reuil (27100 FRANCE). Ces artistes ont été tellement gentils et patient avec nous et ont joué totalement le jeu pour faire une photographie très drôle en face de l'entrée du NEW MORNING. Merci beaucoup à eux et à leur tour manager M. Steve Carmack .

I recently had the chance to see the new Marcus Miller show for his latest album “Renaissance”. Il était fantastique! I had to put on a canvas all the energy and soul that irradiated from stage that day. Alors, voici une peinture hommage à ce nouveau grand groupe et à cet nouvel album magnifique de M. As I mentioned a month ago, l'exposition “Black Notes” aura lieu lieu du 2 mai jusqu'au 30 Juin à Maisons-Alfort. The Music Space team of the médiathèque asked me to extend the “March in Jazz”peintures et photographies 2 mois de plus. C'est donc fait, I hope You’ll have the opportunity to come to that show where there will be some new paintings exhibited 😉

Voici ma dernière peinture en date. Un portrait du trompettiste français Ibrahim Maalouf. Il joue avec une trompette spéciale qui comporte un quatrième piston (quart de ton) qui lui permet d'avoir une sonorité orientale. That special Trumpet was created by his father Nassim Maalouf in the 60’s. He was born in Lebanon and enjoy our ears with his original music mixing Oriental Sounds with Funk and Jazz!
